1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. white sugar
4 beaten eggs
1 c. flour
1 can (2 c.) Hershey’s Syrup
2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick margarine, softened (for frosting)
1 ½ tsp. peppermint extract
Green food coloring
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together margarine and sugar, and slowly add eggs. Mix in the flour and then the chocolate syrup. Pour in an un-greased cake pan and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Mix together the margarine, peppermint extract and green food coloring – bend until smooth. Smear on top of cooled brownies

Melt margarine and chocolate chips in the microwave for 30 seconds and then stir. Repeat steps as needed. Pour over mint layer.
