18 vanilla wafers
¾ c. sugar
2 eggs
2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese at room temperature
2 t. lemon juice
1 t. vanilla
Can of pie filling (any flavor)

Directions:
Directions:
Place cup cake liners in muffin tins. Put a vanilla wafer, round side up in the bottom of a cupcake liner.

Filling:
Combine sugar, egg, cream cheese, lemon juice, and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spoon the filling onto the wafer till the liner is half full.

Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Cool and remove from liners before topping with the pie filling.
These can be made and frozen in liners, to serve later.
