Peanut Butter Fingers Recipe

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. peanut butter
1 t. soda
t. salt
1 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 c. oats
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

1 c. powdered sugar
c. peanut butter
4 8 T. evaporated milk

Cream butter and add white and brown sugar. Cream well. Blend in eggs, peanut butter, soda, salt, and vanilla. Add flour and oats. Spread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes and then spread them over the top of the bars evenly. Combine the glaze ingredients and mix well. Drizzle over the bars.
