1 stick margarine
3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. broken pecans
1 c. broken pretzels

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 large pkg. frozen strawberries

Directions:

Mix together and spread in bottom of 13 X 9 inch pan the 1 stick of melted margarine, granulated sugar, pecans and pretzels.

Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Cool.

In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and Cool Whip and spread mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.

Next, dissolve the strawberry Jello in 2 cups boiling water and add strawberries.

When cooled, pour the jello and strawberry mixture over the layer of cream cheese. Chill until Jello is firm.
