1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. oil
1 c. water

1 tub Creamy Coconut Pecan frosting

Mix the first 4 ingredients together and then stir in the tub of frosting. Bake in a Bundt pan at 350º for about 55 minutes or until you can't stand it anymore!

This recipe is from my niece Tammy. We now call it "Helen Keller Cake" after one of Tammy's friends misunderstood the name of the recipe! The yellow cake mix can be substituted for a Devil's Food Cake mix if you are in need of a chocolate fix! It's very good either way.
