1/2 Cup Salt
1 Small Onion Diced
1 Medium Carrot Diced
3 Garlic Cloves Diced
3 Bay Leaves
1 Tbl. Black Peppercorns
3 Sprigs Each of Rosemary, thyme and Sage
6 Sprigs Parsley
3 Gallons Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a container large enough to fit your turkey. Soak turkey 12-24 hours in refrigerator. Remove from brine, and dry turkey inside and out with paper towel. Discard brine and cook turkey in whatever way you wish.
