1 c. peanut oil (or olive oil)
1/2 c. red vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 small onion
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt

1 lb.rotini pasta, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, diced
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
pepperoni slices


Combine salad ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Refrigerate. This salad keeps well for several days.
