1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sliced apples
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 1/3 c. coconut

Sift flour, sugar and salt together. Cut in butter until fine. Press into buttered 9 x 13 in. pan. Pour apples over crust and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 for 20 min. Combine frosting ingredients and spoon over apples. Bake another 25-30 min. or until golden brown.
