4 extra-large eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg

Frosting:
3 oz. cream cheese
6 T. butter
1 T. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, oil, and sugar together until well blended. Add pumpkin and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and gradually add to pumpkin mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured 11x17 jellyroll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. To prepare frosting beat all ingredients together until smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
