1 large pkg. Vanilla, cook & serve Pudding
1 large. can chunk pineapple
2 cans, Mandarin oranges
3 Banana's (more or Less)
Lemon juice

Directions:
Drain fruit well, save juice to cook the pudding in. Cool. Cut up banana's, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add remanding fruit, mix in cooled pudding.

Personal Notes:
I dump canned fruit into a 2 cup colander, place on a 2 cup measuring cup, cover with plastic wrap and cool overnight. Cook pudding and let cool overnight. Mix just before serving.. Liquid will separate from pudding if mixed too early.
