1 - 10oz. package peanut butter chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 - 16oz. jar dry roasted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Grease lightly a 9x13" pan. Melt peanut butter chips, condensed milk and butter together. Then let slightly cool. Fold in marshmallows. Layer pan with 1/2 peanuts. Spread peanut butter mixture over top. Sprinkle rest of peanuts on top. Cool.
