4 pounds ground beef, browned and drained
2 large onions
40 ounce can sweet potatoes
2 (12 ounce) cans tomato paste
2 large cans chicken broth
1/4 cup mustard
2 (2 pound) blocks Velveeta cheese
2 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
1 large box Potato Buds
chopped dill pickles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and onions and drain. Add to crock pot or large roaster. In a large pan, cook the onions in some of the chicken broth until tender. Mash the sweet potatoes and add to the beef. Using a food processor or blender, blend the onions until smooth. Add to the beef and potatoes. Mix in tomato paste, mustard, chicken broth and cheese. Add as much broth as you wish and the accompanying Potato Buds to achieve the desired thickness. Cook until hot. To serve, put soup into a bowl and topp with chopped dill pickles.
