Pesto
Camembert cheese
Portebello mushrooms
Salad greens
Vinegrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Split rolls in half. On bottom half, spread with pesto, then slices of Camembert cheese then with sautéed portebella mushrooms. Cover with salad greens with vinaigrette. Top with roll top.
Vinaigrette can be made with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
