3 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Soda
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
3 Unbeaten Eggs
2 Bananas, Mashed
1 Cup Nuts
2 Cups Sugar
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Oil
8 Oz. Crushed Pineapple

1 Large Can Crushed Pineapple (And Juice)
1 Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 9-Oz. Container Cool Whip

Using a hand mixer, mix cake ingredients well. Pour into a large bundt pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350. Cool. Add icing as cake is served. To make icing: mix pudding and pineapple well. Fold in Cool Whip. Keep in the refrigerator.
