Pork Chops
6 slices bread
1 egg, beaten
Broth, reserved from chops
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pork chops until cooked. Reserve the broth. Break up bread and mix with egg and enough of the broth to moisten. Season to taste. Spread dressing mixture over the pork chops in baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees until dressing is lightly browned. Add salad.
