2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth with roasted
garlic
1-2/3 cups water
3 cups rice of your choice
1/2 cup minced onion
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine broth and water in a 4 cup glass
measuring cup and microwave on high until
very hot, about 5 minutes.

Spray 3-1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking
spray. Combine rice, onion, and pepper in
slow cooker and mix to combine. Pour hot
broth mixture over and cover crockpot. Cook
on high for 1-1/2 to 2 hours, until rice is
tender. Stir and serve.
