2 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. water
3 c. flour

1 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Stir dry yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water (110º), stir in 1 teaspoon sugar and let stand 10 minutes. Combine 3 cups water (120º to 130º) and 3 cups flour in a large bowl. Mix with mixer. Combine yeast and flour mixtures and let stand 30 minutes.

Add oil, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs and enough flour to knead well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to bake. Roll out, cut and put in baking pan. Let rise about 2 hours. Bake at 400º for 10 to 15 minutes, until light brown.
