3 c. cooked, diced chicken
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
salt & pepper, to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. Mrs. Cubbinson's dressing mix
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained & diced
cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté chicken, celery, and onion together until vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Combine chicken mixture with all other ingredients except for cashews. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with cashew halves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until bubbly on edges.
