1 medium sized onion
1 bag of baby carrots
1Tbsp. gravy master
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
flour
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat off of bottom round pot roast. Dredge pot roast in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Saute onions in oil. Brown pot roast on both sides, about 3 minutes each side. In a separate bowl whisk together all wet ingredients and add into pot. Simmer on medium high heat. Cook half hour per pound of pot roast or longer. Add carrots the last 1 1/2 hours.

You may have to double triple or quadruple wet ingredients depending on how big the roast.
