5 lb. peeled cooked jumbo shrimp
1 4 oz jar capers, drained
2 medium white onions, sliced
1 large red bell pepper, sliced
2 tsp. celery seed
3 lemons, sliced
2 envelopes Italian dressing mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare dressing by combining Italian dressing mix, oil, vinegar and horseradish. Set aside.

Layer a 13x9 baking dish with 1/3 of shrimp, capers, onion slices, bell pepper slices, celery seed and lemon slices. Repeat layers twice.

Pour dressing over layers. Chill for 12 hours for the best flavor
