3 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter, softened

Beat sugar and eggs. Add zucchini and oil. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then add to wet ingredients. Stir in walnuts. Pour batter in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool for 20 minutes. To prepare frosting beat all ingredients with mixer until smooth. Remove cake from pan and spread frosting on cooled cake.
