1 Cup Yellow Corn Meal
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Cup Flour
4 Eggs
1 Can Cream Style Corn
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Green Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Cup Jalapeño Peppers
1/2 Cup Corn Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, saving eggs for last. Pour corn oil in a large pan. Pour in jalapeño cornbread mix. Bake as you would cornbread.
