1 lb. boneless sirloin or other tender steak
1/4 c. canola oil
2 c. sliced celery, cut diagonally
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 dry red wine
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp, cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into very thin slices. In large skillet heat oil and add meat (a little at a time) until browned. Transfer meat to warm platter, add celery and onion to skillet and saute for 5 minutes or until celery is crisp. Combine remaining ingredients and stir into vegetables. Add meat and simmer only until meat is hot.
