3-4 boneless chicken breasts (cut into 1-inch pieces)
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. mazolla corn oil
1/3 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. coarsely chopped green onion
1/4 c. soy sauce
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 c. slanted sliced celery

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken in cornstarch. Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat and add chicken (a little at a time) until chicken is browned. Add water chestnuts, mushrooms, onions, celery and stir in soy sauce. Cover and reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes. Chop up some Iceberg lettuce and put chicken salad over it.
