2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. yellow cornmeal
3 eggs (yolk and whites separated)

Directions:
Directions:

Scald milk, add butter and salt. Stir in cornmeal. Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Cool "slightly."

Stir in slightly beaten egg yolks, then fold in well beaten egg whites.

Place in well greased casserole. Bake at 375º 45 to 60 minutes.

Serve immediately with butter and enjoy!
