Directions:
Directions:
Clean lobster and remove fins, cut back length wise with scissors. Cut cross wise and remove tail from shell with soft back remaining. Put oil in pan on bottom. Put oil on top, cut tomatoes, sprinkle bread crumbs, oil, garlic powder, clam juice, wine oregano, tomatoes & basil.
