Pie Shell
1 package of frozen artichokes
4 eggs
1/4 c. grated cheese
8 pieces of mozzarella
salt, to taste
garlic, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil artichokes for 2 minutes. Cool and dry with paper towel. Saute artichokes in chopped garlic and add salt and pepper. In a bowl beat the eggs, add cheese and mozzarella, add artichokes and mix all together. Cook in 350º oven for 30 minutes or until center comes out clean. Put under broiler for a couple of minutes to brown.
