1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. minced onion
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sour cream

Mix beef, pork, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, egg and milk well. Shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Place on a rack on a cookie sheet with sides that have been sprayed with Pam. Brown in a 350 oven for 15 -20 min.
Measure 1/4 c. fat dripping from meatballs and put in a large skillet. Stir in the flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir in water and sour cream. Add meat balls to sauce and cook 15 - 20 min.
