8 slices of bacon
1 c. shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c. finely chopped green onion
4 eggs
2 c. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1 boxed or fresh pastry dough

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425º. Sprinle bacon, cheese & onion in quiche dish,pastry lined. Beat eggs and remaining ingredients. Pour into quiche dish. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, than for 30 minutes at 300º or until knife come ouit clean. Let it cool 5 minutes before cutting.
