For the Dough:
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
For the Filling:
Sausage
Leafed spinach or broccoli
Garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and baking powder, add olive oil and warm water. Work flour to form a ball. If it needs more oil or water add it. Let the dough rest for one hour, cut in half into two circles. Roll out each circle. Add leafed spinach or broccoli that has been sautéed in garlic and olive oil. You can add sautéed sausage, spinach or broccoli and black pitted olives (if desired) Fill circles and form a half moon. Flute edges and cook approximately 25 minutes or until lightly browned in a 350º oven.
