For the filling:
3/4 pd. ham
3/4 pd. sopresata
3/4 pd. hot capicola
3/4 pd. salami
1/4 pd. Swiss cheese
10 to 12 eggs
1 pd. or more of ricotta
1 large mozzarella

For the Dough:
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Making the dough: Combine flour & salt in bowl, mix together and combine remaining ingredients slowly adding lightly beaten eggs. Let it rest for a half hour.
Layer dough in bottom of lightly greased pan (use olive oil).
Preheat oven to 350º

Beat the egg and ricotta mixture together. Layer the first layer with ham, egg mixture, mozzarella. Layer Salami, egg mixture, mozzarella. Layer sopresata, egg mixture, Swiss, Layer Capicola, egg mixture, Swiss cheese, keep layering making the last layer before the top of crust ham. Put on top of crust folding sides together, cut a cross in the center, brush top with milk and put in oven for 1 hour to 1 hour 20 minutes.
