2 cans black-eyed peas (15oz) drained/rinsed
2 cans white shoepeg corn (15oz) drained/rinsed
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 orange pepper
1 green pepper
2 bunches green onions - chopped
1 small can diced jalapeņos
4 roma tomatoes chopped
fresh cilantro (to taste)
2 bags Fritos Scoops
3/4 c. zesty Italian dressing
1/2 c. French dressing (not creamy)

Chop all ingredients up & mix together. Then mix in the Italian and French dressings.
