1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 large eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. chocolate chips
3/4 c. walnuts
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Pour water over oatmeal - let stand 10 minutes. Add sugars and oil to oatmeal mixture. Add eggs, mixing well. Add dry ingredients and 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Top with nuts and remaining chocolate chips. Bake 40 minutes.
