1 c. finely shredded swiss cheese
4 oz. ham, finely diced
1 small onion, minced
1/2 c. mayonaise
1/4 tsp. black pepper
32 french bread slices (1/4 inch thick)
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or chives
Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the swiss cheese, ham, onion, mayonaise and pepper. Using a metal spatula, spread a heaping teaspoon of the cheese mixture over one side of each slice of bread. Place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the parsley or chives. Bake on the top rack of the oven at 375º for 12-14 munites, or until golden. Serve immediately.
