1/2 c. sugar
3 T. white corn syrup
1 T. butter
2 T. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Popped popcorn

Directions:
Directions:
Cook all but baking soda until softball stage (236º). Remove from heat. Add baking soda and pour over popped popcorn.

Personal Notes:
For "popcorn cake" add peanuts and M&M's to the popped corn. Pack into an oiled angelfood cake pan to form the "cake". Once formed, the "cake" is removed from the pan.
