9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c. walnuts (not cut up)
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
2 T. vanilla
1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 lg. can Carnation evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put chocolate chips, walnuts, margarine (cut in chunks), vanilla and unsweetened chocolate in a large bowl. In large saucepan combine evaporated milk and sugar and boil for 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and pour over ingredients in bowl. Stir well until margarine and chocolate are melted. Pour into large buttered pan (like jellyroll pan or large Pyrex). Put in refrigerator and let set. Freezes well.
