4 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. scalded milk
3/4 c. lukewarm water
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. margarine, melted & cooled

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in a Tupperware bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Mix with milk, sugar, salt and eggs. Pour mixture into the flour well. DO NOT STIR! Put lid on bowl tight; leave until it pops; 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Add cooled margarine and mix well. Put lid on. When lid pops again dough is ready to make into rolls.

Can be used for loaves of bread or cinnamon rolls.

Variation: Sheirlie Prophet uses 1/2 cup wheat germ, omitting 1/2 cup flour.
