2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup margarine
1 Tbsp. orange rind
3/4 c. orange juice
1 egg
1 c. cranberries
1 c. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients in a large bowl. Cut in butter. In a separate bowl blend rind, juice and egg and then add into flour mixture, stirring just enough to moisten. Fold in berries and nuts. Pour batter into greased 9x5" loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
