1 9-inch Pie Shell
1 Lb. Bacon
1 1/2 Cup Diced Swiss Cheese
4 Eggs, Beaten
Dash of Ground Nutmeg
1 Cup Whipping Cream
1 Cup Half and Half
3/4 Tsp. Salt
2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
Dash of Pepper

Directions:

Bake pie shell at 400º for 3 minutes. remove from oven and prick with a fork. Bake for 5 minutes longer. Let cool on rack. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain. Crumble bacon and place in pastry shell; sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over cheese in pastry shell. Bake at 375º for 65 minutes or until set.
