6 oz. fresh snow peas (about 36)
1 1/2 lb. med. shrimp (cooked, peeled)
3/4 C. Smucker's currant jelly
1/4 C. Dijon mustard, 36 toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Blanch snow peas in boiling salted water, 45 seconds, then drain, run under cold water.

Wrap 1 pea pod around each shrimp. Secure with toothpick.

Combine jelly and mustard (beat or whisk until smooth) for sauce.

Serve shrimp-snow pea wraps with jelly sauce.
