Crust:

1-2 cups Oreo cookies (approximately. 12 cookies)
1 Tbsp butter, melted


Filling:

4 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs
20 Oreo cookies, quartered

Crust:

Mix crust cookies and butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes if using a silver springform pan. If using a dark nonstick springform pan, bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes.

Filling:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, mixing on low speed just until blended. Gently stir in quartered cookies. Pour over crust. For silver springform pan, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour until center is almost set. For dark nonstick springform pan, bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour until center is almost set.

After removing from the oven, run a knife around edges of cake to loosen from springform pan. Set aside to cool before removing rim. Place in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight.
