1 pkg. Mc Cormick Sauce Mix
2 T. oil
1 1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into this strips. ( I use any steak I have, even left-over steak or roast)
1 C. water
1 C. sour cream
Mushrooms, canned or fresh (Opt.)

Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add beef, cook and stir 2 min. or until no longer pink. Stir in Sauce Mix & water. Bring to boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min., stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles or rice. I also like to add a can of mushrooms.

This really isn't even a recipe. Its just a package mix, but David has always liked it, and it is a really easy, fast, inexpensive meal. The package says it serves 6, but there is no way. I always at least doubled it.
