2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans

FROSTING:
1 (4 oz.) stick butter )
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:

Combine first six ingredients, mix and pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

Add pecans to brown sugar and toss to coat pecans. Sprinkle brown sugar and pecans on top of cake.

Bake in 350º oven for 35-40 minutes.

Combine all ingredients for frosting, mix and pour over hot cake.



When I brought this cake to the Bundy Family Reunion many years ago, Gladys Bundy asked me for the recipe. This was the first recipe that I ever gave to anyone. She made my day!
