romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
grilled steak, sliced
black beans, drained
red onion, thinly sliced
grated cheddar cheese
canned corn, drained
crushed tortilla chips

1/3 c. cilantro, chopped
1/2 c. fresh lime juice
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Prepare dressing in blender. Refrigerate. Toss with salad ingredients to taste.
