1 - 8 oz. block cream cheese, softened,
1/8 C minced garlic (pre-minced in a jar),
1 C mayonnaise,
2 C 6-blend Italian cheeses (pre-shredded pkg.)
2 White Mountain bread rounds (Publix)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients together.
Cut center out of one loaf of bread to make a bread bowl.
Pour cheese mixture into bread bowl and bake on cookie sheet at 400 degrees for about 30-40 min. Add a little extra cheese on top at the end of baking time.
Serve with torn up pieces of bread cut out of bowl, and second bread round cut up in pieces.
