1 c. flour
1 c. granulated or brown sugar
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
or
1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ginger, and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and blend all of the ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread in greased and floured bread pan. Bake at 375º for 25 - 30 minutes. Frost with browned butter or sour cream frosting. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
