1 lb. mushroom caps
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 C. butter
dash paprika

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and egg yolks. Add minced garlic and salt.
Sauté mushroom caps in butter. Drain on paper towel.
Fill mushroom caps with cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate several hours. Broil filled caps until lightly browned.
