2 pork tenderloins
3/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
5 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh coarse black pepper
1/2 cup chopped rosemary
5 cloves chopped garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, rosemary, and garlic. Use a food processor if available. Combine marinade and tenderloins and let sit for at least 2 hours and as much as 24. Remove from refrigerator one hour before grilling. Grill over medium high heat for 20 minutes, turning ever 4 to 5 minutes. Pull from the grill and let meat rest for 5 minutes. Carve into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Serves 4-6.

Tip: Pork tenderloin is the other white meat. Make sure there is a minimal amount of pink in the middle of the cut.
