2 pounds ground turkey, not too lean
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 cup bread crumbs or seasoned croutons

1 T. fresh chopped sage
1 T. fresh chopped thyme
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
In medium fry pan, melt butter, add celery and onion cooking until gold brown, or about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, parsley, sage, thyme, poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, egg, and celery and onion. Form divide mixture into four portions, preparing 1 inch thick patties out of each. Grill burgers over medium high heat turning every 4-5 minutes. Serves 3 to 4.

Tip: While it's great to serve a healthy Turkey Burger, be careful not to serve an undercooked one. Unlike a beef burger, rare is bad. To help in this regard, have a nice cranberry sauce, sliced avocado or chipotle may to serve over the top if you happen to overcook yours a bit.
