Two pounds chicken wings (party wings) Marinade 1 T. salt 1 T. brown sugar 1 tsp. fresh ginger, chopped 1 tsp. garlic, chopped 3 T. soy sauce 3 T. sherry
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl or cooking bag. Soak wings for 2 to 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator 45 minutes before grilling. Grill over medium high heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning often.
